Throughout the years, art teaching in schools has decreased more and more.  Regardless of the amount of young artists in the country, schools across the nation just have not been able to earn the money necessary for funding these classes.  It is vital, for the sake of America’s creativity and artistic interest, that schools across the nation find new ways of bringing art into the classrooms.

There are several ways that art can be more correlated into the teaching system.  First, money being spent on less necessary things can be forwarded towards the hoped-for art funding instead.  Next, there could be more educating of teachers looking to earn a degree in art teaching.  A growing number of art teachers would give way to a greater number of art classes in schools around America.

Many people fail to realize the significance of art being taught to young people.  For instance, it comes into play in many different forms of entertainment.  Art and design are vital in creating movies, illustrating books, and designing architecture for buildings.  Because art is seen as something so minor and not related to testing or exams, it is less likely to be funded compared to other classes, like science or math.

With the growing technology of today’s society, it is essential that America steps up and begins funding more of these innovative classes.  These classes not only provide a fun, relaxing environment for students, but also a stepping stone for the advancement of skill in simple hobbies such as making videogames, producing movies, and providing pictures in children’s books.
